- Sautee onion
- Add rice
- Add uncooked orange daal (lentils)
- Add on bay leaf, cinnamon sticks. 👇🏻
- Stir fry it with about 2 table spoons of olive oil.
- Add your favorite meat spices, mango powder (amchur)
- Add a little water till its cooked.
- Grill bellow Ingredients for 15 minutes in an air fryer or equivalent👇🏻
- thinly sliced celery
- Sliced Carrots
- Diced potato
- Together grill them add nothing to it.
- Then bring all of these to the pot with rice etc,
- Add as much water as desired. Re-taste your spices, add if more is needed.
- Dates are optional and are the last to be added.
- Add salt
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
