Ingredients
- Serves up to 4 people.
- 1 cup full fat milk or water
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/4 Baking Powder (option)
- 1 egg
Note : it doesn’t matter on the size of the cup as long as you use the same cup to measure both ingredients.
Method
- Mix your ingredients together in a bowl to create your batter.
- Heat up a frying pan with a little oil
- Pour or spoon some of the mixture into the pan.
TIP: When bubbles start to appear on top of the pancake, then you can flip over.
