Veggie soup


  • 1 onion
  • 3 single celery sticks
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 handfuls of parboiled rice
  • 1 red potato
  • 4 dates
  • Bay leaf
  • Chicken masala
  • Amchur powder
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste



  1. Sautee onion
  2. Add rice
  3. Add uncooked orange daal (lentils)
  4. Add on bay leaf, cinnamon sticks. 👇🏻
  5. Stir fry it with about 2 table spoons of olive oil.
  6. Add your favorite meat spices, mango powder (amchur)
  7. Add a little water till its cooked.
  8. Grill bellow Ingredients for 15 minutes in an air fryer or equivalent👇🏻
    1. thinly sliced celery
    2. Sliced Carrots
    3. Diced potato
    4. Together grill them add nothing to it.
    5. Then bring all of these to the pot with rice etc,
    6. Add as much water as desired. Re-taste your spices, add if more is needed.
    7. Dates are optional and are the last to be added.
    8. Add salt
    9. Simmer for 10 minutes.
