Essential oils which helps to promote mental wellbeing

Essential oils derived from plants and can be used promote mental wellbeing and ease physical discomfort.  These Essential Oils  can either inhaled or absorbed through the skin.

Lavender

Lavender is one of the popular essential oils, which  has a a soft, pleasant smell. The Oil helps to create a sense of calm. The oil is used in aromatherapy and has many purported benefits. 

The Oil is reported to be used in dental offices’ patients waiting room, which helps the patient to felt more at ease. 

Lavender when used in the bedroom it helps you to relax and sleep better. One study found that when added to a healthy bedtime routine, improves the quality of sleep and more energy during the day. 


Bergamot

Extracted from the peel of the bergamot orange, bergamot oil has a light citrus scent with floral notes and is said to have therapeutic benefits.

Rose Otto

Rose Otto is an extravagant essential oil, sourced from the Rosa Damascena plant

Geranium

Geranium is famous for its long-lasting, brightly coloured flowers, which has benefit to the mind and body.

It’s used as a holistic treatment to improve your physical, mental and emotional health

Sage

Earning the nickname ‘Sage the Saviour’ in the Middle Ages for its therapeutic powers, sage is a natural mind stimulant – with a strong earthy aroma – which has a strengthening effect on the senses to help ease negative moods.

Yuzu

Yuzu Essential Oil has  a delightful citrus aroma that resembles a combination of mandarin and grapefruit.
