Easy pancake Recipe


  • Serves up to 4 people.
  • 1 cup full fat milk or water
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 Baking Powder (option)
  • 1 egg

Note : it doesn’t matter on the size of the cup as long as you use the same cup to measure both ingredients.


  1. Mix your ingredients together in a bowl to create your batter.
  2. Heat up a frying pan with a little oil
  3. Pour or spoon some of the mixture into the pan.

TIP: When bubbles start to appear on top of the pancake, then you can flip over.
