Ingredients (Serves: 6)
- 75g bacon streaky
- 3 shallots, chopped
- 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
Cook the bacon in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until crisp. Add the shallots and cook and stir until soft. Add the Brussels sprouts; cook and stir until the sprouts are browned, 7 to 10 minutes.
