Banana Pancake Recipe

The quick and easy to make Banana pancake.
  •  2 ripe bananas
  •  1 egg
  •  3 tbsp sugar
  •  1 cup (125 g) flour
  •  ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  3 tbsp vegetable oil
  1.  Roll bananas with a rolling pin, peel off the skin and mash them with a fork to make a puree.
  2.  Whisk banana puree with egg, sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and oil until smooth.
  3.  Cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4.  Cook each pancake for 3-4 minutes (both sides) and serve with fresh fruit, berries, honey, or maple syrup.
